Im Jahr 2019 verabschiedete der US-Kongress das Gesetz H.R.5515 - John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) f\u00fcr das Haushaltsjahr 2019. Dieses Gesetz enth\u00e4lt Bestimmungen, die die Verwendung, Beschaffung oder den Verkauf bestimmter Marken von \u00dcberwachungsausr\u00fcstung durch Bundesbeh\u00f6rden einschr\u00e4nken.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Nach dem NDAA ist es den Bundesbeh\u00f6rden nicht nur untersagt, Ger\u00e4te dieser auf der schwarzen Liste stehenden Hersteller zu kaufen, sondern sie d\u00fcrfen auch nicht mit Auftragnehmern zusammenarbeiten, die \u00dcberwachungstechnologie von diesen verbotenen Anbietern verwenden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TAC-Einhaltung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Die TAC-Produkte entsprechen in vollem Umfang den Bestimmungen des NDAA.
TAC-Kameras und Netzwerk-Videorekorder (NVRs) werden ohne kritische Komponenten oder System-on-a-Chip (SoC)-Schaltkreise von Anbietern entwickelt und hergestellt, die gem\u00e4\u00df dem NDAA verboten sind.
